I started my fitness journey about 3 years ago. At this point, I've known Anthony for around 15 years. I gained some weight after university and was looking to get into better shape and lose some of what I gained (I around 160 lbs). Anthony really taught me about the importance of diet, but also that I could really eat what I wanted as long as I kept it in moderation and met my nutrition targets. We focused on gaining more weight and bulking at a healthy rate (about 0.5 lbs per week). After close to a year, I reached around 180 lbs but definitely looked more proportioned and muscular then when I first started. We then started a cutting phase, which after close to a year I got down to 150 lbs. Anthony was there every step of the way, helping me adapt my nutrition and fitness plan to match my changing goals. My fitness goals were originally to be able to do pull-ups. We built a plan to focus on my back and shoulder mobility, but we couldn't forget leg (you cant spell LEGENDARY without LEG DAY!). Those goals were quickly met and they also quickly changed. Anthony is very attentive and willing to adapt to suit your needs. He also isn't afraid to try new things if you find/read about something online. He will come to the next session prepared and well researched. Overall, I couldn't be more happy with Anthony as a trainer, he realistic about your needs, motivates you and cares about your improvement.
